If you have never accessed Enrich/TestView before, please click the ‘New Account’ tab above and complete the web form.
New Account
If your existing Enrich/TestView (EnrichTV) account is not cooperating, please run this check-list:
- Rule out the easiest thing first: reboot and log back on to the network.
- Be sure to log onto the EnrichTV server with the same username/password that you use to get into the school network every morning. (Reminder: EnrichTV wants your network password, not your Outlook/email password.)
- Be sure you have selected your school from the dropdown menu on the EnrichTV login page.
Still no joy? Here are the most common causes of EnrichTV unhappiness:
- You’re logging in for the first time. The EnrichTV admin may have to ‘reset’ your account.
- You have not logged onto the EnrichTV server in a coon’s age (1-3 years). A system upgrade may have knocked out your account.
- You recently moved to a new school, or your name or email address have recently changed.
- The EnrichTV server may be ill. Ask a neighbor to log in to their account. If it works for your neighbor, we can rule out basic system failure.

Here is a Quick Start Guide (pdf) that should get you off the launch pad in good order.
Also, when you log onto the Enrich/TestView server, look for the little ?Help text link in the upper right corner. There’s good stuff there.

Tony, I have not been able to access Testview from either Boyd or Chapman. Didn’t have this problem last year.

Tony, I cannot log into Testview. It still shows me as being at Carver and even after changing that, I cannot log onto Testview.

I was unable to get into TestView all of last year as well. I don’t know if it is because I got married a couple of years ago and my login name changed. My former login was HLKeaton and now it is HLJones. Anyway, I just tried again with the same success as last year in which I was not allowed access. Thanks
Lindsay, it looks like HLJones might work. It may take an extra push, though.
Try logging in now. Let me know if you get an ‘Access Denied’ and I hopefully can reset that for you.
And yes, the email address change probably is what got you stuck last year…

I can’t log in today and have tried all or your suggested remedies except having a neighbor log on. None of my new neighbors down here in the main office use testview.
Maybe ‘today’ is the operative word here. All looks as it should on this end. You probably rebooted… Tried from another computer? (I forget the suggested remedies!) Is everything else on the internet working normally?
Have you paid the cable bill?

I’ve submitted infor to access test view as a teacher at Cleveland , but would also need access to MHW since I travel to both schools need infor for IEP’s on students at both schools. Thanks
Angela, thanks for posting. Here’s what we’ll try first: Regardless of your location, you’ll log in to the Cleveland EnrichTV server. In THEORY, you will see your MHW kids, too. If not let me know and we’ll execute Plan B! Thanks!

Got your web form – your account is ready to fail… By that I mean the first login attempt almost always results in an ‘Access Denied’ message – let me know when that happens and I’ll fix!

Tamaran, from what I’m told, the path for getting EXPLORE and PSAT data onto EnrichTV goes through Rodney Graves and Al Jeter. And it sounds like routine stuff. I brought it up at this morning’s staff meet. I’ll email a head’s up to everyone concerned and we’ll see what happens! Thanks again!

There might have been some trouble from a Whitlock account that existed for you, but from here it looks like it should work now. Reboot, log back on, go to the testview.spart7.org, be sure ‘McCracken’ is the selected school, and use the username/password that gets you onto the McCracken network. It SHOULD work! I’m trying to login to Testview from Chapman (PTO tonight) and am not being successful. I tried my user name and password. I was able to login last year.

In theory I think your physical location does not matter so long as you are choosing your school from the dropdown on the login page and are using the same username/password that gets you onto the school network every morning. Has anything changed on your account between last year and now?
I am a teacher at the freshman academy and I am not able to log onto Testview.

Tony, this year I am a travelling Odyssey teacher and I will be at Houston Elementary(my home school), McCracken, Carver, and Todd. I can access Houston Test View information, since that is my home school where I usually work, but I want to be able to access the other schools info while I am working at those schools. Can you change my account so I can do this? Thank you! Ann Moore
Ann, in theory that should be working now. Always login as Houston regardless of your physical location. Let me know if it’s not working for you. Thanks.
Enrich does not recognize my username – do I need to set up a new account?
Michaeline, if this is your first time logging onto the Enrich server, then yes, do the new account form. When I get back to the office I’ll get it setup right away. Thanks!

Hi Jean – Ok, I think that might could work now. Choose SFA from the school drop-down (if necessary). And be sure to log onto the E-TV server with the same username/password that gets you onto the school network every morning. Thanks!
thanks, Tony. My problem is that I don’t see SFA on the drop down menu. I see all other schools and only Spartanburg High School. Spartanburg High School does not allow me access.

See, on the ‘backside’ of the EnrichTV server it indicates you are SFA…
Let’s try and be lucky: I just gave it a whack. When you can, log off the network, log back on, and see if SFA shows up on your available school list. If it does not, try logging in as SHS again?

You are great! SFA does not show, but it allows me to go under Spartanburg High School now. Do I need to tell all math teachers here to come leave you a reply since we were all at another school last year, or do you think your fix for me makes everyone good? smile

I moved schools and am wondering how I can access PASS scores of my students from last year.
Not an answer, but hopefully useful info to add: You moved from an elementary to a middle (Houston > McCracken).
Here’s what Dr. Google found:
View > Previous Courses
Clicking on previous courses will allow you to see students that were assigned to you in PowerSchool last year. This would be a great way to see how your students from last year scored on end of the year assessments (PASS, EOCEP, HSAP).
Does that work?
I don’t see that option. This is what it said under the “help” section…
“For previous courses: If you have permissions to view prior year students, select a roster year in the drop-down list under My Classes. The classes from that year will appear in the box.”
I guess you need permission, but how is that granted?

Your kids last year were Houstonites, right? So it may be that some permission setting may need to be changed to let you view ‘inter-school’ records?
Would you mind trying something if you can? Find a McCrackenite who taught there last year and whose kids from last year still attend McCracken. So I guess that would have to be a 7th grade teacher of some kind? In theory, THAT teacher will be able to see their rosters and info from last year, right?
So, if you can confirm that, I think I know how we might could make it possible for you to see your kids from last year.

Yeah, a move to a new school will get the Enrich server in a twist. I’ll get that untangled for you first thing this morning when I get in.

No, when you move schools, no need to do the form again – posting the word here is good for that.
In THEORY, you should be able to log on to the Houston E-TV server now. Just for fun I’d reboot and log back onto the network first.
